崗位職責

Be responsible for the overseas customer account for daily administration issues 　　　　　
Act as the interface between customers and the factory on all normal enquiries and requirements
Act as the interface between customers and the NPD/QC on all normal questions and complaints
Act as export assistant to handle the customs and logistic issues 　　　
Assist the Department Head to finish other daily assignments
