5.了解相關法律法規、建筑行業國家標準及行業標準；

1.Prepare ｅxecute on strategies project plans fengineering technical projects, including monitoring progress, resolving issues, budgets, coordinating schedules, status reporting all tasks associated with the project coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.
2.Develop project schedules by studying project plan specifications, calculating time requirements sequencing project elements.
3.Review status of projects budgets, coordinate schedules, prepare status reports recommend appropriate actions.
4.Lead the project team the work of contractors.
5.Collaborate with regional domain leads fdomain specific expertise support in build projects.
6.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
