1、根據領導要求,指導、帶(dai)領客(ke)服(fu)部(bu)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作任(ren)務;2、制定部(bu)門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作計劃并實施完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng);3、負責(ze)管(guan)理和協調客(ke)戶(hu)反(fan)饋(kui)/投訴(su)的(de)收(shou)集、追蹤處(chu)理以(yi)及(ji)重大客(ke)戶(hu)問(wen)題(ti)的(de)解決;4、做好(hao)(hao)客(ke)戶(hu)檔案的(de)管(guan)理及(ji)客(ke)戶(hu)的(de)定期回(hui)訪工(gong)(gong)(gong)作;5、組織(zhi)、協調各(ge)部(bu)門(men)做好(hao)(hao)客(ke)服(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,發生客(ke)戶(hu)投訴(su)時,具有執行權;6、不(bu)斷優化(hua)顧客(ke)滿意度調查的(de)方(fang)式和方(fang)法,為(wei)總經(jing)理制定提高顧客(ke)滿意度長期的(de)規劃;7、做好(hao)(hao)本部(bu)門(men)及(ji)公司內(nei)的(de)媒體公關工(gong)(gong)(gong)作;8、負責(ze)組織(zhi)本部(bu)門(men)人員定期上(shang)報(bao)服(fu)務質量表及(ji)其他業務報(bao)表;9、帶(dai)領部(bu)門(men)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)做好(hao)(hao)客(ke)服(fu)特色服(fu)務;10、完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)上(shang)級領導交辦的(de)其他工(gong)(gong)(gong)作
1、專科及以上學歷,市場營銷等相關專業;
2、有4S店客服經驗者優先考慮;
3、具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關系,業績優秀;
4、具備較強的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協調能力,分析和解決問題的能力;
5、有較(jiao)強的(de)事(shi)業(ye)心,具(ju)備一定的(de)領(ling)導能力。
